What you will get?

• Hands-on, live deal exposure and responsibility from day one
• Get to assist with live deal execution, sourcing & origination initiatives, fundraising efforts and internal projects
• Experience and exposure commensurate with that of an analyst

Who we are looking for?

• Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 or 3.0 GPA and above at university)
• Prior internships experience in M&A, corporate finance or valuation (Tech focused experience is a plus)
• Genuine interest in DeepTech (cybersecurity / energy security / space)
• Excellent communications skills
• Graduation from Bachelor or Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024
• Availability to work full time from September 2024
• Be based in either London or Washington D.C. (or be willing to relocate)

C5 Capital offers internships for 3-6 months throughout the year on a rolling basis.
